just for your info: some of the Harlequin Spice titles are published in Italy in the "Passion" series, but not all of them. Almost all the Spice books which have been translated so far in Italy have a contemporary setting, yours and Sarah McCarty's ones are among the few exceptions.

Many US Harlequin series aren't translated in Italy at all or, if they are, it's just on a spot basis - such as Historical Undone, all the Kimani and Steeple Hill series, Silhouette Intrigue and more.
